SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Once payment details are approved, orders are processed from our studio in Taipei, Taiwan and ship by DHL, EMS or SF Express. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All buyers will receive an order receipt by email with tracking information when a shipment is confirmed. Please send any additional requests or questions to kirrei.co@gmail.com

：Asia 330 TWD

：Rest of the world 900 TWD

All international buyers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by DHL, EMS or SF Express are not necessarily guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to re-route the package.

NOTE: All international orders are final sale. 

RETURNS

Domestic
：We are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept qualifying returns for refund if requested within 7 days of receipt. Qualifying returns must be from domestic orders of full-price, unworn, and unwashed styles with all original tags attached.

International
：International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us in advance for any question about our creations.

運送產品

除了假日以外，會在收到訂單後的隔日開始出貨手續。確認訂單細節都沒問題後，包裹將從我們台北的工作室出貨，我們合作的運輸業者DHL，EMS或是SF Express將負責運送您的包裹。請注意，包裹都需要簽收所以我們無法直接投遞在郵箱。包裹出貨後將自動email給您追蹤代碼與購買明細。如果有任何其他問題，請與我們聯繫 kirrei.co@gmail.com。

：亞洲地區 330元
：其他地區 900元

所有國際訂單均有可能需繳納進口關稅和稅金。我們不對清關的延誤負責，DHL、EMS或SF Express所提供的運輸時間皆有可能延誤。訂單出貨後，我們也無法更改收貨地址

請注意，由於進出口的複雜性以及運輸的高成本，所有國際的訂單我們均無法幫您處理退換貨事宜。

 

退換貨

國內訂單
:如果產品有問題或是需要更換，請於收到產品後的7天內提出要求。請確保退回的產品為全新狀態，且需有完整吊牌、產品卡與隨附文件。

海外訂單
:由於進出口的複雜性以及運輸的高成本，所有國際的訂單我們均無法幫您處理退換貨事宜。如果您有任何對於產品的問題，歡迎聯繫我們。
